To secure your booking, we kindly ask for a 20% deposit. The remaining amount can be paid in cash upon check-in on the day of your charter or via wire transfer at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date.
In the unfortunate event that the customer cancels the charter, the deposit will be non-refundable. However, in the unlikely scenario that Catamaran San Blas & Sint Maarten needs to cancel the charter due to safety concerns, the deposit will be refunded to the customer (minus bank fees). We reserve the right to cancel the charter if the health and safety of our guests and crew are at risk due to a sanitary obligation, such as border closure due to COVID-19. In such cases, we will refund the deposit or reschedule the charter within the next 3 month. These policies are in place to protect our company and our guests.
